Am new to Pleonast, so not sure what "going private" means.... I just wanted to respond to your message, to say I agree. I always have a hard time deciding.... do I read straight through, or do I "study" as I go through. Last year, I started keeping a notebook to write about what I was reading, but I started getting so involved it was taking too long, thus got abandoned. How do you balance time spent against keeping focused?
