No - not a weakling. The female anatomy is not conducive to "proper" pushups - the structure of the arm, location of the elbow in relation to wrist and shoulder, and lighter musculature makes a big difference.

Hold your arm out straight and look where your elbow is - not in-line with shoulder and elbow. Have a male friend do the same and look where his elbow is - in-line with his shoulder and elbow.

The same physical characteristics that enable us to hold babies on our hip make it harder for us to do pushups like men. :)

0 manly push-ups. I have no idea how many girly ones I can do...my guess would be less than 10.

i never answered your question up there... well, back about 2 months ago i was up to doing around 35 or so girl pushups and i could do 7 to 10 boy pushups... now that i haven't been going to the gym as regularly, i doubt i could do 10 girl pushups. i am a bum. :(
