I am so excited to see what is in store for 2009!!
I am so not ready for 2009! I haven't had time to think about 2008....where I have been and where I have come. Wowser....I think I will spend my few hours off tomorrow before work recapping in my head!!
I've been feeling sick the past couple of days and I was beginning to think about how much I've worked in the last 7 days...and Irealized that I have worked over 58 hours! No wonder I am so exhausted!! Well, I am going to eat some soup! Good night all!
These past couple of days have been remarkable! I am so blessed to have an amazing husband....and five years of wedded bliss!
I have had some time to reflect on the changes that have occurred since 2003, and I am so incredibly thankful for God's hand in my life! I can hardly recall the girl that said "I do!" on December 24, 2003...but I can be thankful for the growth and maturity that have transpired!! I am awed by God's plan for us in marriage and for the blessing of knowing Him and having Him as a partner in my life!! God is good...all of the time!!
Anthony and I were able to spend our anniversary in the mountains in an amazing cabin by the river. It was one of the most rewarding experiences!! I have come to appreciate the little things so much more now that I am so busy with work and life! Even just laying on a pillow top mattress in a fire-lit room in the middle of God's handiwork was incredibly relaxing and refreshing! I am so thankful that we were able to get away to spend those few precious hours together as husband and wife!!
I feel so blessed today. As I continue down this narrow path, I pray that I continue to find God's way for me. Today I have hope!
